The Space

Four king suites with private bathrooms means privacy for everyone and zero bathroom traffic jams. The primary suite shines with a spa-like en suite, soaking tub, double vanities, and walk-in shower. Each bedroom is its own retreat. Spread out when you want, come together when it matters.
Open-concept living flows from a spacious kitchen with stone countertops and top-of-the-line appliances into dining for eight and a living room where Gulf breezes drift through. My family of four, my mother, and my brother's family of three shared this beautiful and spotless home for a week with our pets. There was more than enough space for all of us. The master bedroom and one of the king bedrooms with and en suite is on the main level, and the other two bedrooms are upstairs (each with an en suite, which was fantastic). The home had a beautiful pool that my children enjoyed, and it had a wonderful GRASSY yard to walk my pups in! The home is on the very north part of the Cape by the state park, and I truly love this area because it is so wild and secluded feeling. You definitely get more privacy and space than further down the Cape. However, because the dunes are higher here, the boardwalk is a challenge due to the many stairs. We had to rethink our beach plan a bit because our beach cart and wheeled cooler were not workable. I would recommend bringing backpack coolers and other items that can be carried.The home was spotless! We are a bunch of clean freaks, and it definitely met our standards! The bathrooms looked new they were so clean and the beds were super comfortable.The hosts were also super kind and helpful throughout the week. They responded very quickly to any questions we had, allowed my mom to bring her pup, provided baby gear for my brother's baby, and gave us late check out (without us even requesting it!) when a computer glitch that wasn't their fault hindered our early check-in. We will be back again!

With two little ones, the heated pool was fabulous with a sizable wading area. Very nicely furnished poolside and outside downstairs and indoors. Very short walk to the beach over a boardwalk, and we were able to park a loaded car at the base of the boardwalk when we had lots of fishing and beach equipment to carry. Also very pet friendly. Would definitely book this one again!

The house was big & gorgeous!! Our family loved our vacation so much. The pool was warm and clean, the hot tub was perfect, and the beach was a short walk (although the steps were a little tough at times with all our beach gear - but worth it!) We will absolutely be booking here again!
