You will be given a wristband upon arrival, and you must avoid losing it. If you lose it, you will be charged $20,000 COP for each lost wristband. IMPORTANT NOTE: According to our policy, if the provided savings card is damaged or broken, a $100 USD charge will be applied to cover replacement costs. This measure allows us to maintain the quality of service and resources available to all our guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; the penalty is a $250 USD fine.
