The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Free parking is available inside the building should you require it. The building is located just 5-8 minutes from the historic center.

Only pre-registered guests will be allowed entry to the building. Visitors are not permitted. A maximum of 6 people can be accommodated in the apartment. Guests will have access to the amenities mentioned, including the swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, and children's pool.

It boasts a wide array of excellent restaurants, hotels, and shops, and is just a 5-8 minute taxi ride from the walled city center and a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the airport. A taxi ride from the airport to the building typically costs 20,000 pesos.
