The Space:

Loft Nicholas is a distinctive stand-alone home in Milan, offering two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private garden across three levels. With generous living areas and a dedicated workspace, the house is particularly well suited to families, friends, business travellers and longer stays.



On the lower level, you’ll find a comfortable lounge with sofa and Smart TV, together with a full bathroom.



The ground floor is the heart of the house, with a fully equipped kitchen and a bright dining area. A thoughtful addition is the kitchen tap’s water filter, installed by the owners so guests can enjoy filtered drinking water without having to buy and carry bottled water home. The first bedroom is located on this level, providing a comfortable and private sleeping space, with a second full bathroom conveniently nearby.



Upstairs, the second bedroom offers another quiet and comfortable retreat. On the same floor, a spacious, light-filled dedicated workspace provides an excellent setting for remote work, studying or longer business stays. A third bathroom completes the upper level.



Outside, the private garden and patio offer something increasingly rare in Milan: your own outdoor space for breakfast, a quiet break during the day or an evening drink.

The Neighborhood:

Step outside between Loreto and NoLo, a lively, creative district. By day it’s a mosaic of artisan shops, world cuisines and cafés; at night it lights up with cocktail bars and honest trattorias. Parco Trotter is close for a run or a read, and local markets let you shop like a Milanese. Side streets hide studios, galleries and vintage stores; along Viale Monza you’ll find everyday services, pharmacies and supermarkets. By bike you’ll reach Isola and Porta Nuova in minutes; by metro you’re downtown for museums, shopping and exhibitions. For curated tips: start with specialty coffee, an easy lunch between bakeries and dumpling bars, then an author’s aperitivo and modern Italian cuisine for dinner.
