The Space:

Apartment for 4 people, with a surface area of ​​65 m², located on the 2nd floor (no elevator).



It comprises the following:

- A dining area with a table and chairs for 4 people in the kitchen



- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher)



- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm)



- A modern bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and hairdryer



- A separate toilet



- A washer-dryer, ironing board and iron, and a clothes drying rack.



The bathroom is en-suite.



The cleaning fee includes the replacement of bed linen and towels for each person.



Cleaning is carried out by professionals.

My apartment is ideally located in the center of Paris at the foot of the famous Rue de Bretagne



You won't know which to choose between the romantic Place des Vosges - the oldest square in Paris -, the Hôtel de Ville or the famous national Picasso museum which is located a few minutes' walk from the accommodation.



At the bottom of the building you will find the Enfants Rouges covered market, a meeting place for Parisians.

To taste the best falafels in Paris, head to rue des Rosiers, at As du Falafel, 900m away on foot.



For fashion lovers, the Marais is undoubtedly one of the best areas of Paris for shopping! Between the BHV Marais, the luxury boutiques and for vintage fans, the thrift stores will delight you.
