Kedros Villa Tessera is a beautiful beachfront property, ideal for up to 4 guests, perfect for couples, friends, or families wishing to experience the authentic beauty of the South Cretan coast. It is superbly located right by the sea, between the charming seaside villages of Tsoutsouros and Kastri, where traditional taverns serve delicious fresh local cuisine.

The villa occupies the entire upper level (second floor) of a two-storey building. The ground floor is occasionally occupied by the property owners, who have their own independent entrance. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the private swimming pool, sun terrace, BBQ area, outdoor dining space, sun loungers, umbrellas, and all outdoor facilities assigned to the holiday rental. Although the outdoor areas are adjacent, the swimming pool and all amenities designated for the villa remain reserved exclusively for its guests.

The accommodation features a bright and comfortable open-plan layout, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a stylish living space with a sofa, armchairs, and Smart TV. There are two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds, sharing a modern shower and WC. The entire property is fully air-conditioned and offers high-speed satellite Wi-Fi throughout.

One of the bedrooms and the living area open onto a spacious sea-view balcony, furnished with a dining table—perfect for al fresco dining while enjoying uninterrupted views of the beach and the South Cretan Sea.

The villa is ideally positioned between two well-known beaches of South Heraklion, Listis Beach and Kaboula Beach, offering a truly unique beachfront experience.

The property is located just 20 metres from the sandy beach, perfect for guests seeking peace, relaxation, and direct access to crystal-clear waters, 3 km from Kastri and 6 km from Tsoutsouros, where traditional taverns, cafés, and mini markets can be found, while Ano Viannos is only 16 km away.

For larger groups, two additional identical villas are available within the same complex: Kedros Villa Dyo and Kedros Villa Exi.

If you are looking for tranquility, comfort, complete privacy, and a true beachfront escape, Kedros Villa Tessera is the perfect choice for your home away from home.
