Also on the main floor is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and an en-suite bath. Another elevator ride takes you to the third floor, where there is a landing/study area with a desk and entrances to both the master and guest bedrooms. The master is tastefully furnished with a king size bed, sitting area and has a private balcony. The marble master bath, like the rest of the home, is filled with natural light and offers double vanities, a shower, open bathtub and enclosed W/C. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bath. All bedrooms and the living room have cable TV and the home has a Sonos sound system. Down on the ground floor, the garage is accessible via an alley for easy access without having to pull out directly onto 9th Street, which can be busy during the day.
