Über diese chalet dieses Ferienunterkunft
Escape the rush of city life and settle into the quiet beauty of northwest Montana at Reynolds Roost, a 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin in Rexford, West Kootenai. Tucked into Montana’s Amish Country and just 2 miles from the West side of Lake Koocanusa, this peaceful retreat offers fresh mountain air, open skies, and room to truly unwind.
Days here are shaped by the outdoors. Explore nearby hiking trails, saddle up for horseback riding, paddle along the shoreline, or venture toward Glacier National Park for a day of unforgettable scenery. When the adventure winds down, return to your cabin and gather around the wood-burning fire pit, roasting marshmallows, or soak in the hot- tub beneath a canopy of brilliant Montana stars.
Inside, the single-story layout makes for easy living. A queen bed anchors the primary bedroom, while a full bed in the second bedroom and a full sleeper sofa in the living room provide flexible sleeping options for family or friends. The cozy living area features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player with library, and board games for relaxed evenings in.
The kitchen includes a stove and oven, microwave, mini refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, and breakfast bar seating—perfect for easy mornings before heading out to explore. A gas grill outside invites simple, satisfying dinners in the fresh mountain air.
Additional comforts include free WiFi, two stand-alone A/C units, walk-in shower, linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, and iron/board. Pets are welcome (with a small fee), so your four-legged companions can join the getaway.
An on-site gift shop and office provide convenient check-in, and while the homeowner resides in a separate unit on the property, your space remains your own quiet retreat. Parking for four vehicles is available in the driveway, and the cabin requires just one step to enter.
Traveling with a larger group? An additional rental is available on-site with a separate nightly rate—ideal for booking both cabin and cottage together while still enjoying private spaces.
At Reynolds Roost, the pace slows, the nights shine brighter, and simple moments around the fire become lasting memories.
