The villa, located in the center of the lakeside resort of Zinnowitz, is on a quiet, very well-maintained pedestrian street. The nearest restaurants and shops are less than a 5-minute walk away. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach. With the two bicycles available for our guests to use freely, you can reach the beach in 3 minutes.
