Admirals Quarters Inn Room 15, Boothbay Harbor: penthouse with floor-to-ceiling harbor views, sleeps 4
Room 15 is a two-room penthouse suite on the second floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the harbor, the islands, the lighthouses and the open Atlantic, and you see all of it from the king bed.
The main room has a gas fireplace, and the private balcony is there for sunrise, passing sailboats or stargazing. The adjoining room has a twin trundle bed for a third and fourth guest.
The private bath is spacious, with a large walk-in glass shower. Two entrances: the inside staircase or private back stairs to the balcony.
Admirals Quarters Inn is a historic sea captain's home at 71 Commercial St, on the water in downtown Boothbay Harbor. It runs like a small Boothbay Harbor hotel, with a front desk, free parking, a shared guest kitchen and a harbor-view solarium, but it still feels like a home.

We loved staying at Greenleaf Inn. The ocean view was beautiful. Our host Jersey was a big help with our luggage, recommendations and giving us a tour of the Inn. It’s located right downtown and love that the shops and restaurants are nearby within walking distance. Boothbay Harbor is a quaint and authentic. Representation of Maine Harbour lifeWe really enjoyed our stay and made great memories.

Gracious and welcoming host, the property is all about the view. Nice relaxing get away. Beautiful ocean view with peace and quiet.
