This new modern studio condo is only 1 mile from downtown, walkable to all the bars, restaurants, and fun on East 6th St, one of Austin`s hottest areas. Franklin`s BBQ is just blocks away, along with many other eating establishments. Enjoy downtown views from the deck. Easy check-in and check out.
Cozy studio unit with a full kitchen, bathroom, washer, and dryer. 6 great eating establishments within a block of the unit. Quicky Picky is a fun place for a draft beer or wine in the evening or coffee and breakfast tacos in the morning.

After booking, you`ll be provided a link where you can upgrade your stay or claim exclusive FREE PERKS (yes, even FREE LOCAL BEER 🍻). Purchase upgrades such as early check-in, late check-out, romance packages, at-home massage, family-friendly add-ons, additional cleanings, and much more to make your Austin experience even better!!
Our unit is in a very urban location with lots of cool places to hang out and enjoy the Austin scene. It is a very safe place and has good lighting on the street. As always, use caution when out late at night alone.
We have a bus stop out in front of our building. Also, we have an Austin B-Cycle Rental station right next door to the building. We have on-site assigned parking. There is a lot of street parking and a small public parking lot across the street.
We do live in a condo building with gated access to the unit. Please be mindful of other residents when coming in late at night.
Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).
We have security cameras outside our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
