Here, nature is truly at the doorstep: the coastal path passes at the end of the garden! A dream location for lovers of walking, hiking and cycling, with magnificent landscapes to discover along the way.

🌊 The sea is only a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach Villeneuve beach in 15 minutes on foot.

For shopping and everyday desires, the village of Séné and its shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.) are only 3 km away.

And for a cultural getaway or a restaurant outing, Vannes is 7 km away: enjoy its charming port, its historic streets and its magnificent medieval walled town.

Discover our 170 m² house, Designed to comfortably accommodate families and friends, up to 8 people. Its original configuration, with two totally independent dwellings but connected by an internal staircase and an external staircase, offers everyone their own space while making it easy to find each other.

Upstairs, you will enjoy a large living room bathed in light thanks to its large openings. It includes a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a convivial dining area. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms complete this space. You can also enjoy two large terraces, ideal for having your meals in the open air, relaxing or getting together together.

On the first floor, the second accommodation also has a pleasant living room with living room, kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large private terrace.

This organisation allows everyone to be kept private while taking full advantage of the moments shared. It is particularly suitable for two families travelling together, a large family or a group of friends wishing to spend a holiday together while having two independent living areas.

The two accommodations can be used separately or as one large house thanks to the stairs that connect them.

A carport out of sight, but not enclosed, is also at your disposal to shelter your bikes.
