At Pedra Moura y Castañu, in Boal, you can enjoy outdoor common areas, such as a garden, an outdoor terrace, and a public playground right in front of the house. This rural estate was built in 1890 using black Asturian stone and a chestnut wood frame. The restoration preserved the original handcrafted chestnut doors in every room. The 85-cm-thick walls provide complete silence and excellent insulation from the summer heat, while the surprisingly large windows and modern ceiling heights create a spacious atmosphere.

There are two shared parking spaces available on the property, accessible via a motorized gate, as well as additional street parking. Events are not permitted on the property.
