"Chez colette", a house completely renovated with taste to make you feel "at home", located in the charming village of Acquigny.

The village of Acquigny is 7km from Louviers. You will find shops (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, tobacco bar...) but also restaurants, all within walking distance.
You can also enjoy the Normandy houses during your walks and the lake 1km away.

The accommodation
The house comprises:
On the first floor
-A living room which includes the fully fitted and equipped kitchen (raclette machine, Nespresso coffee machine, a washer dryer...) and the living room with a sofa for 2 people (not convertible) and a TV,
-an individual toilet,

Upstairs
-a bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
-a bathroom with a large shower, a heated balneotherapy bath for 2 people (facing each other).

In summer, you will appreciate the air conditioning of the living room and the bedroom. And in winter, you will appreciate the underfloor heating in the living room.

Household and bed linen is provided (towel, dish towel, etc.).

Fiber and wifi connection on site.

The location is ideal to enjoy the village and its amenities.

The cottage "Chez Colette" is 10 minutes from Louviers, 20 minutes from the Vaudreuil golf course, 30 minutes from Rouen, 1 hour from Paris.
