Each bedroom features a dedicated bathroom plus enjoy a gourmet kitchen, media room, gym, and outdoor entertaining spaces. Sleeps 8–10 comfortably, pets welcome, just a short 6 min Uber from Union Station, Rockies Field & Downtown
The Space:
With 4 levels your group will have plenty of room to spread out on and plenty of areas to gather, whether that be around the large 5 person seated island, dining table, indoor/outdoor living room terrace, roof top bar or movie theatre.
4 Bedrooms/5 Beds:
Bedroom 1: 1 master king with 65'' TV, ensuite with double vanity, soaker tub, Walk in shower with rain shower, water closet and builtin walk in closet and private balcony,
Bedroom 2: 1 king with onsuite, shower/tub combo, dresser and Clothing Rack
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bedroom with bathroom just outside of the room, and closet.
Bedroom 4: 1 queen bedroom with bathroom just outside of the room, and closet.
Bed 5: 5th full/queen bed can be made out of the sofa on the 3rd floor.
Located between Sunnyside and LoHi neighborhoods, your right between 2 of Denver's hottest restaurant scenes. And just a 5 minute Uber ride away from downtown Denver, Rockies Field and Denver Nightlife districts RiNo and LoDo via the Park Ave Bridge.

This property exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts had thought of every detail to make our stay special.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious—perfect for our family graduation celebration. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout the entire process, and they were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating.What truly set this property apart were the thoughtful touches: personalized welcome signage, eye masks, extra towels, filled ice cube trays, specialty ice, and Denver-themed gift bags in each room stocked with coffee, tea, and other essentials. Everything we needed was already there.We especially loved the indoor-outdoor living concept with the garage-style doors that opened the space beautifully, as well as the gorgeous backyard fire pit where we spent several memorable evenings together.This was one of the most well-appointed and thoughtfully hosted rentals we’ve ever experienced. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional property and outstanding hosts.

This place is great for whatever you need it for, very pet friendly with an area for pups outside. Hosts were great and very responsive for all of our needs and accommodations. The house is beautiful with great outdoor spaces. Would recommend for families or larger groups who need space and comfortable place to call home while away!
