Welcome to the Jungle Villa, your own mini resort in Bradenton! With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 10 beds, the home comfortably sleeps groups of up to 18-20 guests! Perfect for multi-family getaways or sports tournament teams, we’re just 10 minutes from IMG academy and 12 minutes to Anna Maria Island!

Heated Pool & Hot Tub – Additional Fee Required
• Pool: $35/day
• Hot Tub: $25/day
• Both: $50/day (minimum 3 days, applied to entire stay)
• Pool Target Temp: 84-87°F
• Hot Tub: Guest-controlled, 95–104°F
House Rules
This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras as well as noise-detection hardware (which does not record audio) that monitors high noise levels.
Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours —can result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
Please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay!
• Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F
• Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate)
Pet fee: Pet fee is $150 per stay for 1 pet, and $50 per each additional pet. Please limit your pets to 2 total.
Please note: Due to Florida’s tropical climate and related storage concerns, we do not provide firewood for the firepit. Firewood can be conveniently purchased at nearby supermarkets or hardware stores.

Just spent 11 nights at the awesome property. The house was bigger and more spacious than I imagined. Location is close to the beach. Plenty of towels for pool and beach. Outdoor games and pool were awesome! We had a very relaxing enjoyable stay! Would rent again. Property manager responds quickly.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was extremely clean, very spacious, and perfect for our family. There were plenty of games and activities to keep our teenage boys entertained, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was located in a very nice, quiet community. It truly felt like a paradise away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room and activities for all the kiddos. We will definitely be back. Josh and David were very helpful. I would certainly recommend this place especially to those with larger families.
