The property was very clean. A little older than what the pictures had appeared the shower was itty-bitty in other words. There was no way you could shave your legs in the shower or squat down if you dropped anything which was misleading in the pictures, but the real estate company that manages the property was absolutely over the top and wonderful to deal with

Great location! Very close to all the attractions. House shower is too small. Still enjoyed our stay. The golf cart was a plus.

We stayed from 4/7-4/11. Was located in a quiet area. A little tight squeeze if you have larger vehicles. Had to park larger truck in overflow parking. Shower is kinda small. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets. Host was very helpful with questions. It was great value for pricing.

This is more of a you get what you pay for kind of stay. When we checked in the unit was dirty despite it being 4pm. The host did apologize, refund our cleaning fee and sent a cleaner immediately. After she came the house still had spills running down walls and a shower full of soap scum. Lots of little things that should have been cleaned many stays ago. The house did not have any signs of bugs and we had clean linens so we decided to make the best of it. We ended up buying cleaner and sanitizer to get thru the week. Also we used the bath houses which are great at Ocean Lakes. We also had an issue with the window air conditioner blowing and leaking water but the central unit pulled the house just fine so we were okay with leaving it off. I took pictures of lots of the issues as we saw them as I didn’t want to be billed an excessive cleaning bill or for any damages we didn’t do. The host was responsive but didn’t seem to be too concerned. The house would not be near as bad if it had a deep clean and some better mattress’ The owners have tried to make use of the small spaces and have added cute decor. Parking is tight and there is not a washer or dryer but we knew that ahead of time and there’s always overflow parking and the laundry mat. Over all Ocean Lakes has never been a bad place to stay for our family.
