As you pull up to your rental home, you’ll notice the charming brick exterior and sprawling front lawn. Feel free to park up in the 2-car garage. Perfect for families and groups, you’ll be able to fit everyone comfortably inside. No need to fight over the bedrooms - we have 5 spacious rooms (the fifth one will be open for groups of 12+) all containing lavish furniture and bedding.

All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don’t worry, we’ll do it for you.

NO INDOOR SMOKING



Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

POOL



Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.



The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate, so no one will need to enter the home.

SECURITY CAMERAS



For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS



Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

PEST CONTROL



This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.

The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 10 or more guests.
