While the list of delightful amenities is abundant, the loveliest features are the two levels of covered decks with views of the Gulf overlooking the private pool. Generously appointed with many thoughtful comforts, you can spend time relaxing with a good book or having spirited fun playing games and putting puzzles together. The furnishings are cozy with plenty of seating around the large flatscreen TV and the open concept kitchen/dining area/living room will make it feel like home. My main concern was that a small child became climb over the couch in the third floor den and fall into the main starwell. It almost happened to my grandson! In addition we had an issue with the kitchen garbage disposal not constantly working. Several lightbulbs in the bathrooms and stairs well were burnt out. There are no keys but you must constantly use a 10 digit pin to lock and unlock the main door
