The Space:

Set in the Pirate's Bay complex, you'll be on the bay overlooking Santa Rosa Island and will have a small sandy beach. With easy access to local attractions, beach activities, and the Okaloosa boardwalk, you won't have to go far for sun-filled fun.
Stepping into the spacious studio, you'll be greeted by bay views flooding in from the sliding glass doors that lead to your private deck. Kick back on a chair, or lounge on the queen bed while you flip through the cable channels or watch a DVD on the HDTV.
Make a quick cocktail and head out on the deck to take in your sweeping bay views. Snap a few pictures and then connect to the WiFi to post them and show off your vacation. The shared washer/dryer will take care of the laundry while the central air-conditioning keeps you comfortable.
Fire up the charcoal BBQ in the common area to grill up fresh local seafood while you take in the views. Clean, quiet property. Perfect size and amenities for a weekend getaway. Easy to access and close to lots of activities. Best of all, great view!

Pleasantly surprised that photos matched property. Extremely clean and well-kept. Onsite managers were easily reachable, courteous, and reliable.

Stayed in this same unit in 2024 and had a great visit. This year encountered some difficulties.1. The elevator was out of order. I have arthritis in my knee & hip, and I had to climb 4 flights of stairs every time I left and returned. While the weather is out of the control of the owners, having to do this climb multiple times in the rain added to the difficulty.2. There was no parking pass in the unit. The info available to me indicated that a pass was required while my car was on property. It took me 4 hours to get a resolution to this simple problem (the answer was that none was needed).On the good side, the unit was exceptionally clean and quiet.
