The house was everything we expected plus more!! Definitely plan on booking again. Only downside is we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work but we informed management and they got right on it!!!!

It was great. Very clean and right on the beach. The only suggestion is to bring some garbage bags,coffee,spender etc. they provided plenty towels and beach towels. It was so peaceful. We were there at the end of April and only one morning it was very chilly. No early check in and no late check out.we had a neighbor the day before we left and basically no privacy on the balcony which didn’t bother us. Looking forward to staying there again next year.

This condo is very large and right on the water. The property was clean and had plenty of space. Owners have games in the entertainment center for guests to use. We did contact the management company about bringing our 14 year old dog that is less than 30 pounds and it came with a charge of 200 plus tax. We stayed for 2 nights and to us that charge is extremely high so we didn’t bring our girl. Beds are comfortable but take note they do have a wide frame around the edges. Would consider staying here again. Overall, we loved the size, balconies and ability to walk right out onto the beach.

The property was great and clean. The view was fantastic and it was beach front with a short walk to the Gulf which was basically the back yard. It was spacious and 7 of us of all different ages stayed comfortably and we were able to have good family time and visit with friends as well. The checkin and checkout process was great.
However, the AC was not working great at first, but the inside temp was in the high 70s so it was comfortable. The last night the AC stopped working and the condo temp got up to 85 degrees upstairs and 83 downstairs. It was cooler barely outside at night. We called the property management company and they said the vendor would be there the following morning which was 12+ hours from the complaint. So we tried to use fans but it was not enough. So we decided to leave early and head back home that night b/c it was too uncomfortable for us to sleep and we had young kids with us. So that was unfortunate.
Overall it was good until the last night.
