Located in the Island's popular East End neighborhood, Ocean Mile K-11 is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island, St. George State Park, and the Lighthouse Museum. 300 Ocean Mile is a 99-unit beachfront community located on the East End near the entrance to St. George Island State Park. Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach. St. George Island Lighthouse is just five-and-a-half miles away.
The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill, and is close to the community pool. The tiled main level features an open living/dining/kitchen area, a private deck with views, and a laundry closet that houses the stacked washer/dryer. Perfect condo/townhouse for a couple or small family on east end of SGI near the state park. We have stayed in Ocean Mile before, different unit, but definitely like how the community sets up. This unit is very convenient to the pool and grill area. Just a few steps to the pool. Decent view of the gulf between the waterfront buildings. Dog friendly is a plus for us. Unit was stocked with basic essentials...dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soaps. Would definitely book this unit again.

Loved everything about the apartment! The pictures and descriptions depict exactly what you get. Only 2 things would be extremely helpful to get and that is a new mattress for the bed…it creaked really loudly every time you sit and turn over…and a new frying pan or two. Could not even cook breakfast after bringing everything because it stuck to the old, used pan. But other than that, everything worked, a lot of kitchen accessories and equipment, was very clean; and of course the location was phenomenal !
