The Space:
This spacious, family friendly condo offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private and furnished, walkout balcony! Beautifully decorated in coastal blues and grays, this vacation rental compliments the resort and its surroundings. The condo has an open floor plan with an oversize, well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors, plus all utensils, cookware, and tableware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating, while the open living area houses a comfortable queen sofa bed, a TV, and a DVD player. You and your guests will also enjoy access to a shared pool, lazy river, hot tub, and a fitness room.
Things to Know
Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is included from March to October.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Second time to Waterscape, we had unit B200 overlooking the ocean, the property is very clean, the pools were clean and plenty big, the lazy river was a hit for the youngest traveler. The unit had a great view of the ocean, it could use some updating but all in all we had a great time!

Location of this unit is perfect. Beautiful views of the beach and the pool area. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 5 children. There was some mold on the ceiling of master bathroom, but otherwise unit was pretty clean. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Overall the unit was good. Clean. The view was fantastic? Wrap around porch with nice furniture was awesome! Size of unit was wonderful for the 6 of us. The resort was wonderful! The negatives… king size bed mattress was horrible! Really needs replaced! Absolutely no support left in it. By the end of the week my back and hip were killing me. Chairs in living area, though I know they clean them, looked dirty. The worst and. greatest disappointment was the washing machine was NOT working which was a HUGE inconvenience! Needed to do laundry because we packed thinking we could do laundry, and also since the washer wasn’t working they also disconnected the dryer. Our beach towels were always wet because with the humidity they would never dry. Also wanted to wash some clothes and our bath towels but couldn’t. We asked for more towels and also for the dryer to at least be turned back on. Got the dryer and towels our last afternoon of our stay. For what we paid that was a very big disappointment. But again if you want a fantastic view of the ocean, it was wonderful!
