2nd time we had stayed at property had trouble getting in house . Called number for help. Communication was at best very poor . The person on phone had no knowledge of the keypad . Repeatly told me to push buttons that were not on pad. After 45 minutes I asked to speak to supervisor and was told there was none . Took better than an hour to get in house .
