Overall we were extremely happy with our stay. Everything was clean, the view was beautiful and beach access was easy. The room was perfect for 2 people. The kitchen was efficent and clean, maybe a little tired in the appliances but still clean. We would stay here again.

First time in 41 years of marriage that we stated in FL or in a beach front property. We loved it!! A lot of our time we sat on the beach, in the chairs provided by the property, or sitting on the balcony enjoying the sight of the ocean, hearing the waves and watching, and just relaxing. One downside was in the early morning hours, around 7-8am, we could smell cigarette smoke coming from one of the balconies around us. My husband has COPD/asthma so we had to go back in our room until the smell was gone. But what a week to remember other wise. The people were friendly and the views and experiences were amazing. I would recommend to a friend.

It’s my second time renting a property here. However, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. PRO’s: - Family & Kid friendly beach front property - Location - Free umbrella & chair service - Lots of home appliances like k - cup machine, etc Con: - Condo’s floor was so dirty, barely stepped into the room & I had to put on shoes right away. The floor was so sticky. - Kitchen had a funky smell - Outdated furniture (bed was lumpy & felt like you were sleeping in an air mattress and the sofa was literally wood & springs, no cushion). - Fire alarm battery’s was low. Called maintenance and reached no one. Had to drive in the middle of the night to replace the battery so we could sleep.
