The location was perfect, overlooking the harbour in the centre of everything. The apartment was very well equipped and the basket of welcome goodies was very thoughtful. The apartment was very clean with plenty of hot water. Maria the host although we didn’t meet her was very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay in Kokkari

It was tricky to find the apartment even though Google pin had been provided. It would have been useful to know it was not possible to bring a car to the property. There was free car parking nearby it would have been useful to have a Google pin for the car parking and to state clearly that the apartment was in the pedestrian areas above Cafe Kalimera. The freezer wasn’t working we messaged the host who helpfully said we could get ice from the Cafe downstairs which we did no problem. It’s important to note that the stairs up to the apartment are spiral and quite narrow which was ok for us but for anyone with a very large suitcase or for less mobile people might be a problem.

Back home again after a lovely week in Kokkari and at Aegean Blue. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. Perfect location right above the restaurants and beautiful sea view from the balcony. The apartment was equipped with anything you might need with even a washing machine. Welcoming gifts like ouzo, marmalade and oranges to make fresh juice for breakfast was a nice touch. Easy communication with Maria who greeted us upon arrival. We weren’t disturbed by the nightlife below - once the door was closed it was quiet enough.

We found the bed a bit on the hard side but that’s of course individual. Also the AC was a bit loud at night.

Ev sahibemiz ilk andan itibaren çok yardımcı oldu. Her sorumuzu yanıtladı. Konumu bulmakta hiç zorlanmadık. Merdivenler biraz dar. Kilolular ve büyük valizi olanlar zorlanabilir. Manzara muhteşem. Eşyalar tertemizdi. Kapıyı kapatınca alttaki kafelerin gürültüsü tamamen sıfırlanıyor hiç ses gelmiyor ve zaten müziğin sesini de rahatsız edici boyutlarda açmıyorlar. Balkonda oturarak bir yandan denizi izlerken bir yandan aşağıda keyifle içkilerini yudumlayan insanların olması ise ayrı bir keyif. Eşim ve 14 yaşındaki kızımla beraber her akşam yürüyüşe çıktık. Şehrin tam kalbinde yer alıyor. Her şey mükemmeldi.

Konumu ve balkon manzarası mükemmeldi. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Mutfak imkanları gayet iyiydi. Su, filtre kahve, ekmek, marmelat gibi ürünleri koymaları ince bir düşünce. Tadımlık uzo koymaları da bir jest. Kapılarda tel olması ve klima olması güzel. Kokkari’nin tam kalbinde.

Aşağıdaki kafeden çok yüksek sesle müzik geliyor. Gece 1-2 ye kadar devam ediyor, erken uyumak çok mümkün değil. Eşyalar çok eski, nevresimler ütülüydü fakat lekeler vardı. Odadan pırıl pırıl tertemiz bir his alamadık. Kalınan süre içerisinde de temizlik olmuyor. Fakat odada çok kalmadığımız için merkezi olması ve deniz manzarasına uyanmak bize yeterli geldi.
