Great location within easy walking distance of the beach, the waterfront, restaurants, and shops. The rooftop bar offered reasonably priced drinks with an exceptional view of the waterfront and beyond.

The breakfast is good, the bed comfortable (for me), the view (if you book one of the room with seaview) and the location are out of discussion, in front of the harbour and of all the excellent restaurants. Cleaning of the rooms and bathroom is very good.

This hotel is likely one of the oldest in Sitia, and this is visible. The phonic isolation is almost zero (you hear absolutely everything your neightbour tells on the phone). The staff is not very smilling; they never ask you if your stay is fine or not. The room and equipment are from another age. Eveything is working so far but e.g. the shower is ridiculously small: impossible to move without touching the tap. The breakfast room was cold as a cave and if you intend to stay there in March/April, wear your jacket. I staid in Itanos for 3 weeks because the usual hotel I stay was closed in this season of the year. If I can I will not book a room in this hotel anymore.

Location was excellent, breakfast was good. We extended our stay due to the positve aspects and all the history to see in the area.

We have no complaints whatsoever.

We stayed during the off-season so it was quiet, parking was available, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We extended our stay so that we could explore the area more. We would certainly stay at this hotel again.

We were staying here for one night having arrived at the port by ferry & it was an easy walk from the port to the hotel with our luggage & easy to locate. We were given a voucher for the attached waterside restaurant for an aperitif & a desert & we thus had a very well priced meal & in addition the food was excellent.

It's in a perfect location with lovely views. Convenient to all the waterfront restaurants and 5 minutes from free parking. The room was small but perfectly comfortable, with a little balcony with 2 chairs, a table, and a small rack for drying clothes/swimsuit. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The bed linens were not well fitted. At times the wifi was not working.

The hotel has a great location!

The rooms are very small and you feel very closed up. Even the bathroom. I would not recommend if you are - family of 4 or 3, too small.

The location of the hotel was perfect just in the center of the city. The staff was very helpfull and the room was clean. The breakfast was very good and rich.

The balcony of the room we had was very small, and had absolutely NO VIEW. Of course the view wasn't promissed in the reservation confirmation. But we really didn't need it, because we were outsite till late at night.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, location of hotel is very central. We had a room with a sea view. Room had everything you could want, safe,hairdryer,tv,comfy bed.

Due to school holidays noise outside was very loud, due to a small funfair for children in the square just outside hotel. Would go back again but not in school holidays.
