We loved the property & the location. It was full of character, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We ate in most of the time so made good use of the well equipped kitchen. Good shops, restaurants, pubs and tea rooms within walking distance. Plus donkeys roaming outside which was super cute. Great location to visit local sights, forests, walks and other villages. We will definitely return here.
Probably the best private property we have stayed in.

Great location, great amenities and very responsive host, who left nice little touches (e.g. welcoming bottle of bubbles). We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated cottage in the heart of the New Forest. We had very good communication with the owner, Iain, who responded to all of our queries. It is very easy to get everywhere you would want to from the cottage. Also, we travelled with a 2-year old and the property was well set-up for a toddler. All-in-all, I would thoroughly recommend.
Ceilings are a little low for someone of my hight.

Home from home and you can tell a much loved house. Great location and has everything you need. Spacious and stylish.
The loo seats needed tightening as they were wobbly. The motorbike/car garage very close was a little noisy at 8am one morning. But only happened once
