Olive Hotel Yelahanka by Embassy Group

The Hotel in itself was amazing, everything works, very comfortable and Squeaky Clean (literally). Room Service was done well and quick. The receptionist and other staff are very helpful and do their work diligently, responding instantly and to your satisfaction.

The only problem i faced was the early Check-in. I had sent a notif 2 days prior saying i want early check-in, and it showed on Booking.com that early check-in is available. But on reaching the property they said i would have to wait for an hour or two more and if i gave 1k they would upgrade my room to suit and i could check-in instantly. Only to find out the suit room didnt have a work table and didnt look any bigger compared to the normal room (from the images)i had booked.

The rooms are well fitted. The bathroom fixtures, bed, lighting, pillows etc are of good quality...

The breakfast options are severely limited. We were offered upma, idli, bread omlette and puri masala, The masala with the puri was very watery and bread wasn't even toasted.... the kitchen service was very slow. The bathroom is very small and the shower is squeezed in between the basin and the WC. There is construction work happening very close to the room and the noise is a big disturbance. In fact the neighbouring building is so close, you can hear the workers from the bathroom... The room window opens into a wall of the neighbouring building, so no natural lighting at all.
