Great location, close to the pedestrian area with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
If you’re travelling with large suitcases, keep in mind that the apartment is quite small and there’s barely anywhere to put them. Also, the lock on the entrance door to the apartment building works very poorly - every time we left or came back, we had to struggle with it for 5-10 minutes.
The listing does mention that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, but unfortunately I didn’t notice this when booking. With heavy luggage, the stairs were quite difficult to manage.

Very good location, very clean apartament, good price for value given the location.
Fully renovated apartment.
Apartament 1 is much bigger than Apartment 2, but both are clean and have good facilities.
The apartment is in an old block of flats, without any elevator. You need to go up 6 levels until you reach the door.
The process of getting the keys might be a little bit tricky if you are not used to AirBNB style accommodation.
The exterior door lock of the 2 apartnents is horrendous, it seems broken but somehow it still works.
Keep in mind it does not have air conditioning, for us in mid September it wasn't a problem, but I guess in July-August it is horrible.
