The Cozy Stays Leyton House

A pleasant place to stay at a price that made it very good value compared to other places in the area. It is in a quiet residential are with nice local shops and cafes just round the corner. Fresh milk, tea coffee and the components of a simple breakfast were provided in the clean and well equipped shared kitchen.

Because it is an ordinary house you can hear the other guests coming and going. Though they were not noisy.

Friendly staff to greet me Ronaldo. Well put together..loved the kitchen.

Bed was a bit too firm for me.

Clean and spacious room

Nothing

Big TV, lighting in the room.

This is a fairly basic hostel. Ground floor room so didn’t want windows open at night so was hot, plus radiator was on in the morning with no controls to turn it off. Windows and doors not good quality and didn’t feel very secure. Lots of noise throughout the night with people opening the front door and in communal kitchen. Communal kitchen. No kettle or fridge in bedroom. Bathroom was poor. Tiles fell off base of shower as soon as we arrived. No window or extractor fan so very hot and smelled unpleasant (probably from damp mat in floor). Bed very hard.
