Location to the beach, had everything you need to enjoy the beach including chairs, mats, boogie boards, and beach umbrella.
Road noise from passing traffic

The apartment was comfortable and of a good side. Has a beautiful beach walking distance.
The outside is outdate and old does not invite you to enjoy the spaces. There is a need for details: paint, cleaning, insects, curtain slides broken. Out side porch with damaged fence. Dry plants and old outside furniture.

This location is right across the street from the beach. We walked down our steps, crossed the street and we were on the path down to the beach. Easy access!
