Very good service. We got picked up from the airport early in the morning. The driver is very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. The room is very spacious, clean and well-equipped. Extra plus points: free laundry service, 24-hour gym, children's playroom, free bus services to the wild animal zoo, and the ocean park. It's really beyond our expectations. Highly recommended.

Rooms are clean, spacious, and modern. The free breakfast had plenty of options, and the free shuttle service was a nice touch.

Despite being labeled an international resort, this was the least english friendly stay across all my travels in Asia. I was able to communicate fine through translation apps, so it didn’t pose much of a problem, but the name of the hotel is very misleading. The pool was closed for our entire stay, which was a large part of the reason for booking here. We requested the free shuttle service to the airport the day before departing, and unfortunately they did not reserve us so instead called us an economy didi, which was very dirty and blasting vulgar and offensive American music at 6 in the morning.
