A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

Absolutely beautiful amenities. Traveled with three other families with a total of five kids between the ages of 3 to 6 years old. The split level allowed for three separate living areas where all of the kids were able to share the bunk rooms and the teenagers were able to have their own space downstairs. All families were happy and the accommodations were luxurious. The close proximity to everything including the beach helped navigate nap time with those who wanted to be active outside, so no one missed out on anything. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and our blended family from FL and MO enjoyed our stay! The beach is close by about a block but the rooftop view of the beach was a nice added touch! Everything was new and even had an elevator to help with large luggage instead of using the stairs! The kids loved the pool and spent most of the time there!

We did just a quick little getaway and we are counting down the days we get to come back!The home was gorgeous and the layout was so perfect for our family. The pool deck was spacious and all of the balconies were perfect to lounge on. The golf cart was so great for getting around 30A and the kids loved the bikes. The beach access was so close to the home! The host was so communicative and checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay. We had no issues but it was nice to know if we needed anything, they were just a quick text away. I seriously can not recommend this home enough!
