Very good location;
Renting company provided clear video instruction on how to collect keys and get inside the apartment;
Nice city view;
There were all necessary amenities;
The apartment was clean;
Renting company is available on Whatsapp and by the call at any time.
There was no hot water for the first night. I texted renting company on Whatsapp and they said they will come and check, but then disappeared. The next day hot water appeared, so I guess it was the issue in the whole building.
I asked for the late checkout (1-2 hours), but property told that they don’t provide such option. Instead they did say that I can extend my stay for one night and check-out comfortably at needed time. Funny thing is that before I have asked them for late checkout-out, they have sent me a message with offer to extend my night for a good price directly. However, the price that they offer was even bigger than on booking.com.
