For me it was perfect for such a sum of money (but it was a discount). Really spacious studio, it was clean (I'm allergic to dust and I didn't have allergy there) except for the fans but I didn't use them so it wasn't important. It was comfortable, quiet, there were enough furniture and the location is good.
The only problem is that I was waiting in front of the building for a long time before checking in because it was impossible to open the door and noone reacted to my knocking. And noone send me the door code after checking in, I had to ask the barman from the Thaiger bar about it.

Aircon struggled to.cool the room until the middle of the night. Pictures didnt really match my room.
