Very nice property, lovely interior. Very Clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much as a group of 5. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Located just a 5 minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the main bars. It is nice and quiet in the night.

A couple of things to be aware of; 1. There is a 300 euro cash deposit for any potential damages, although I have no issues with this and it was given back on the day of leaving. Receiving 300 euros back on your last day is not ideal for occupants who are from non euro using countries. A recommendation for the property would be an option to take this by card and hold in an escrow account to be released upon leaving the property. 2. It is the far side of Benidorm so if you do get the bus from the airport you will need to walk around 15-20 minutes to get to the property. But it is worth it once you’re there.

The property was very clean up to date Air Con was amazing and needed and staff was amazing I would highly recommend
