Mercure Hangzhou West Lake Yuquan

Breakfast variety great. Cleaning staff super helpful and help resolved issues very quickly and patiently. Reception nice and friendly.

The hotel is brand new and equipped with morden facilities, located at a great location near a beautiful and vast botanicalgarden and in a walking distance to the west lake. However, the very surrounding has a few nice restaurants, and a bit further you can also find the authentic Hangzhou food from the SanWaiSan (Mountains beyond Mountains) restaurants - which I highly recommend. The staff are very friendly, and the delivery robot is also great if you want to call food delivery or buy some small items using MeiTuan.
