Santorini Heart Hotel & Spa

Everything was great ! Food can be better .

The staff so kind and generous The vipes are wow Close to everything 💯

Wonderful property in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops and car rentals. The staff were great and breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

An absolutely wonderful stay made truly unforgettable by the incredible staff. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and luxurious, but it was the warmth and genuine care of the team that made my trip so special. A particular thank you to Dina (Konstantina), who was exceptional from start to finish. She was so warm, thoughtful and accommodating and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible trip. Her kindness made the experience feel incredibly personal. I have several food allergies, which can make travelling stressful, but the way the team looked after me was amazing. The pool staff took such care to make sure I could safely enjoy food and drinks, while the kitchen went as far as inventing and adapting meals especially for me. I never once felt like my allergies were an inconvenience — everyone simply wanted to make sure I could enjoy my holiday fully, which meant so much. There are many beautiful hotels, but it’s the people who make somewhere truly memorable. Thank you to Dina, the pool and kitchen teams, and every member of staff who made me feel so welcome and cared for. Exceptional hospitality and a genuinely special experience. I would return in a heartbeat.
