They need to give up the non-contact, mobile key situation. Really made life difficult. Not everyone has an IPhone or might even have too low a battery. Should use key cards with a long heavy tassel or wooden tag so guests are reminded to return the key card. Better anyway to have an actual key card in case of fire and/or loss of power and/or cell service goes on the blink.

Charming, updated rooms with all the basics. Luxury bedding, full kitchenette and a beautiful shower. Walkable to everywhere in Salem.

The room was clean and spacious with high ceilings and sound proof windows. Mobile keys worked well. Parking, although not directly on site, is close by. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants. There is a Starbucks and a Walgreens on the same block. Only wish was for the laundry room to be open for use by guests.
