Relax at this spacious lakefront home on a quiet residential cul-de-sac. With six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and room for up to 12 guests, it offers space for families and groups to enjoy time together in South Florida.
Spend the day by the private pool, unwind under the gazebo, or take one of the two kayaks out for a peaceful paddle on the lake.

Enjoy the private pool, pool deck, shaded gazebo, outdoor seating, and BBQ grill. Two kayaks are available for guest use on the lake.
Pool heating is available for $50 per night.

Up to two dogs are welcome. Each dog must weigh 40 lb or less. The fee is $25 per dog per night, capped at $175 per trip.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside. Outdoor smoking is permitted; please keep doors and windows closed.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.
Parties and events are not allowed.

We had a nice stay at the aventura lakefront. Beautiful property with a unique design and we spent a lot of time at the villa. Customer service was very responsive whenever we had a request (Extra towels, child’s crib, maintenance, complimentary cleaning crew).
