New and very modern. High quality finish. Fabulous shower. No noise from the above because there are no above rooms. Also no noise from the adjacent rooms. Nice parking.

The place is clean. The beds were good nice showers. There is no staff on site if there is an issue. The doors will slam if you don’t slow them down so people can be annoying going in and out of their rooms at all hours. It’s in a metal building so voices carry if they are in the hallway.

What a wonderful and restful experience we had. Clean and neat…The historical reclamation of this place is a wonderful way of preserving the history of the past in Morro Bay. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Thank you!
