Very nice area

Great view. The condo was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Since we flew in, I wish some common kitchen and bathroom supplies (like dish soap, more than one roll of paper towels/toilet paper and trash bags) were included.

Location is great for what we wanted. Close to the grocery/food/ice cream that Cherry Grove has to offer. On the beach and on the 9th floor so view was unobstructed. Balcony access description is inaccurate. The beach side bedroom with 2 beds has a balcony but the other balcony is from the living area. Didn't matter to us. The beach side bedroom did not have blinds, only shear curtains, so hello sunshine! It also had its own thermostat. The front bedroom had a dehumidifier which we emptied 2-3x per day. Very thankful for it as that room was at 90% when we checked in. We set it to 45-55% during our stay, had the main thermostat at around 72 and the outside temps were 70-83. Pleasant May beach weather but humid as always. Elevators were quick and we didn't have to wait. Might be because building seemed less than half full. Parking would be a challenge with a full building. It would be 'exciting' to drive a full size truck or SUV into the deck as the 2way traffic has to give and take around the corners and at the enter/exit lane. The actual spots are pretty wide for a deck I thought. Pillows were beyond flat, towels were very thin, only had one extra blanket in the room. We did not contact the rental people during our stay, just accepted it and moved on. The rental people communicated via text and email both before and during our stay. Everything worked- TVs, fans, lights, hot water, drains, appliances. Overall it was a really nice place to stay, any issues were minor.
