Apartment on the first floor in a residence with a swimming pool, located in the prestigious town of Sirmione.



The accommodation welcomes guests with a bright living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, wardrobe, dining table with chairs and open-plan kitchen. Through a French door you can access the private balcony of the apartment. The house continues with the bedroom with double bed on the mezzanine. Finally, the bathroom which is instead located near the kitchen, equipped with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.



*The shared swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September, during the following hours from 9 to 13:30 and from 15 to 22. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

The pearl of Lake Garda is what the marvellous city of Sirmione is nicknamed. For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to take part in an itinerary discovering Lugana Wine whilst pedalling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the thermal centre offers everything needed to regenerate and find serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed are Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events and the marvellous beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.



The apartment is only 30 minutes by car from Verona airport and only 10 minutes by car from Desenzano railway station.
