📝 Additional Information

This is a self-catering vacation home. To help guests settle in comfortably, we provide a starter set of supplies, including:

-Two toilet paper rolls per bathroom
-One mini shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom
-One paper towel roll in kitchen
-One garbage bag in each garbage can plus one spare
-Kitchen sponge
-Liquid dish soap/detergent
-One dishwasher pod/tablet
-One washer machine pod

These items are complimentary for the first night only. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.

No food, condiments, coffee, cooking oil, or seasonings are provided for hygiene and contamination prevention purposes.

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Please follow community trash rules carefully:

-No trash may be stored outside the unit entrance
-All trash must be placed directly inside the dumpster in plastic bags
-No large trash items or furniture allowed in dumpsters
-Cardboard boxes must be broken down and placed inside the dumpster

*Failure to follow these rules may result in a $100 penalty fee according to community regulations.*

📦 Online Deliveries

-USPS does not deliver to vacation homes
-Only UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended
-Some resorts may charge package handling fees or may decline deliveries entirely

*We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages.*
