Little Dipper is a great option for those looking to have a weekend get-a-way or young families traveling to the Emerald Coast. This cottage is complete with its own entrance (shared deck space to access it with the main house), private queen bedroom on the second floor, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchenette is complete with a 4-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. This unit also includes a stackable washer and dryer.
*This unit is a carriage house and is rented separately from the main house. The deck around the property is a shared space for access to accommodation. The grill area is a shared space, although separate grills are available for the main house and carriage house. - No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 to be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved the proximity to everything. I'm pregnant so it was great being so close to the square and across the street to the private beach access. The cottage house was very clean and had great linens. The only flaw was the AC and bedroom ceiling fan were not as powerful as a 7 month pregnant woman would have liked but not a deal breaker. Overall, I would stay here again.
