• No Pets: This is a strictly no-pet property. If an animal is brought onto the property, a $250 fine will be charged if animal waste is not properly picked up and disposed of.
• No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed.
• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise down between 10 pm and 8 am and be respectful of the neighbors.
• No Illegal Activity: No illegal activity, weapons, or illicit drugs are permitted on the property.
• Security Cameras: Tampering with exterior security cameras or engaging in illegal activity on the premises will result in immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.
• No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, including front and back yards. Improper disposal of cigarette butts on the property is also prohibited. A $250 fine will be charged for any smoking violation, in addition to professional cleaning and repair costs.
• Furniture & Appliances: Please do not move furniture or appliances from their original placement.
• No Open Flames: Open flames and candles are not allowed anywhere on the property, except the gas BBQ grill and the patio fire table.
• Garage: You may open the garage door to use the EV charger, but please don`t park in the garage. The sauna is reached from inside the house.
• No Mail or Postal Deliveries: No mail or postal deliveries are allowed at the property. Please do not have personal mail sent to the address.
• IMPORTANT: Violation of any house rule may result in immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your booking and require the property to be immediately vacated.
