Located in Ueckermünde, district Bellin, this renovated 35 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom with a solid bunk bed and a living room with a fold-out sofa bed for two. The well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and heating in all rooms ensure comfort. Instead of an oven, there is an air fryer for heating bread rolls and more. Additional amenities include a coffee machine, HD TV, and a private barbecue.



Enjoy the covered terrace with seating, table, wooden bench, and 2 loungers in the fully fenced private garden overlooking the fields and the nature park at the Szczecin Lagoon. Two bicycles are included free of charge and are in working order upon arrival; repairs (e.g., inflating tires) are not provided. Guests are liable for loss or damage.



A private parking space is available on site, and public transport is nearby. One dog up to 20 kg is allowed upon request. Events are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.



The old town and harbor of Ueckermünde are 5 minutes by car, as is the Ueckermünde zoo. Altwarp harbor for boat trips is 10 minutes away, with a gas station and supermarket 1.5 km away. Nearby: pony farm, four restaurants, and seasonal bread delivery. Pirate ship rides or ferries to Usedom or Swinoujscie are possible.
