When not hitting the town, unwind in the enclosed backyard. Go for a swim in the heated pool or sit back and lounge poolside to soak up the sun. At night, be entranced by the warm glow of the twinkling string lights.
Inside, the living room offers a pleasant space to spend a quiet evening streaming entertainment on the smart TV. The kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a blender, a coffee maker, and ample meal prep space. Indulge in delicious meals at the dining table or while tuning into a movie at the TV-view breakfast bar. This home also has an additional family room equipped with another smart TV and is great for board game nights.
Spacious and bright, the four bedrooms feature plush linens, ceiling fans, and ample storage space. When extra sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the trundle bed, available under the double bed. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, a high chair, a separate washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, sports gear, and internet access.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no garage parking available, only driveway and street parking.

Pool and spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

We are huge baseball fans, so instead of material presents for Christmas we purchased my son and his girlfriend a trip to AZ for a few days… we tagged along too!! We went to multiple games and also went horseback riding. Enjoyed the area of Mesa and did some house hunting while we were there.

If you want a great location, excellent beds, fluffy pillows, thick, clean towels, lots of room, and even a nice neighbor this is your place. Close to grocery store, restaurants and walking path. I would stay here again.

Stayed for a week and was totally comfortable. Clean and everything you need was in the house. Super quiet neighborhood with lots of amenities near by.

We were impressed the moment we came through the front door. Beautifully appointed, impeccable cleanliness, ample towels and bathroom space, spotless kitchen and very comfortable living and dining area, and bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Couldn't be better!
