Entering the property from the wraparound decking you will find a cosy living room with plenty of space for everyone! Benefitting from contemporary sofas, a huge 75" TV, perfect for a movie night for guests who enjoy a good film, and a modern wood burner, this room is the heart of the lodge and perfect for a movie night or a place to rest on your feet after a day exploring! This room really sets the scene for a family night or a place to rest and plan your day’s activities. Through to the next room, you will find a double bedroom with a bunk bed comprising a double and single bed. Then on to a good-sized kitchen where there is plenty of space to prepare those home-cooked meals. There is also a modern and spacious bathroom benefitting from a walk-in shower, low-level toilet and pedestal wash hand basin. The master bedroom consists of a modern double bed with a TV at the bottom and two bedside tables.

A popular and scenic area, Pendle Hill is within easy reach of the site as is the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which offers ample opportunity for remote walking and cycling away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. An easy journey of under one hour will take you to the city of Preston in one direction and historic Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales National Park in the other. Pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
